How long does it take to get pt.135 Certified?
FAA Part 135 Certifications are a process that applicants must go through to obtain certification from the FAA. While it can be difficult to provide a specific timeframe for certificate completion from the PASI to OpSpecs, recent notices and FAA efforts have been made to speed up the process.
The FAA now has short timelines, and they do not wait for applicants to catch up. If an applicant misses a deadline, their certification will be terminated, and they must start over.
It is crucial for applicants to be well-prepared and ahead of the FAA to ensure that the certification process is completed successfully and in a timely manner. This is where pt135.com comes in - to assist FAA pt.135 certification applicants in achieving success.
Will I be required to participate in the certification?
Yes. We do not offer "done for you" services where you get to sit back and watch us work. That approach does not work.
If you're building a company from scratch, you will either be directly involved, or you will have management engaged in the operation.
In either case, you and/or your people need to have intimate familiarity and understanding of the organization, the regulations, and the FAA processes involved therein.
The results have been unsustainable each time we have engaged in a "done for you" style pt.135 certification in the past. That is something we are not proud of, and we will no longer entertain.
